10 Minutes Microwave Chocolate Fudge Cake

10 Minute Microwave Chocolate Fudge Cake is a super fast, easy to make dessert.  
This is a quick and easy chocolate cake  which serve your sudden sweet craving. And it tastes great. Really!

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE


1 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)

1.5 Cups of all purpose  Flour or Maida

1/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder

1.5tsp baking powder

2 Eggs(If you are vegeterian. .then you can use 1/4 cup  whisked  yogurt

1/2 Cup of Milk

3/4cup Butter (melted)


INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE:


100g of Dark Chocolate...broken  into pieces

1/3 Cup of Whipping Cream

METHOD

Grease a 20cm-square microwave-safe dish. Line base and sides with baking sheet.If you dont have baking  sheet. .grease the dish with butter.

Beat sugar and melted butter  in a bowl. Add egg or whisked yougurt and milk . Mix well to combine.

Add flour,baking powder and cocoa powder into  another bowl. Mix well to combine. Pour the dry  mixture into wet mixture...mix well to combine.

Pour this mixture into the greased  microwave  safe dish


Microwave on High Power for 6 to 7 minutes.


Remove and check if the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick   into the middle: if it comes out clean it is ready. Allow cake to stand for 5 mins.

Turn out onto a plate.

For the chocolate sauce, melt the chocolate on Half power  for approximately 2 mins, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Add the cream and mix thoroughly until smooth and glossy.Once the cake is cool, spread over the ganache and scatter with the sprinkles.

The cake will keep for up to 3 days in an airtight

NOTE

Make sure to use a microwave safe dish. Cooking time may vary between microwaves. Check after about 4 minutes by carefully tapping dish—cake is done with it's just set with the slightest jiggle. Take care as cake will be hot.
