I cooked Prawns in Coconut milk gravy yesterday.I had some coconut ,thought of making Coconut Fritter.I have heard this item before but never cooked it as I was not aware of the correct recipe of it.
Then one of my foodie friend helped me by giving this recipe.Thanks Nilanjana di for your wonderful recipe of Coconut Fritter.I added some extra spices in it.
Coconut Fritter or Narkeler Bora Or Nariyel Bomb

Ingredients :-
- Coconut Grated -1Cup
- Rice flour- 2tbsp
- Flour or Maida-2tbsp
- Kalojeera or Kalonji or Nigella seeds -1/2tsp
- Green Chillies - 2 ( chopped )
- Ginger or Adrak or Ada -1tsp (Minced )
- Salt to taste
- Roasted cumin powder -1/2tsp
- Oil-1/2cup
Method :-
- Take a bowl,add all the ingredients except oil...mix well to form a soft dough,
- Make a short ball from this dough and then slightly press the ball with hand
- Heat oil in a pan, drop 2-3 balls at a time... fry coconut ball on medium flame...Take out when they turn golden brown....place on tissue paper
- Serve hot
