Although I start my day with a cup of black tea but I love coffee specially cappuccino.Do you love cappuccino like me, but have no fancy, expensive, bulky espresso machine?
Now you can enjoy a mug of this style of coffee at home, easily and cheaply, using just few ingredients available at home easily.

Servings - 1 Cup

INGREDIENTS
Milk-1/2 cup
Instant Coffee Powder -1.25 teaspoon
Sugar -2 teaspoons (or according to your choice )
Water-1/2 teaspoon
A Coffee Mug
A Wire whisk
METHOD
1)Take a coffee mug, add coffee powder and sugar,mix well and water, now start stirring with a fork until sugar dissolves. You have to stir until you get a thick gooey form of mixture . Keep aside.
2)Pour milk in a saucepan, heat your milk over a low flame , do not allow the milk to boil, start stirring with wire whisk . . remove the milk from heat before it boils or when the milk is heated.
3)Once the milk is heated,place the wire whisk into the milk and do stirring fast to create foam. Keep stirring the whisk until you get the desired amount of foam.. .you have to do it very first otherwise milk will get cold.
4)Slowly pour the heated, frothed milk into the coffee mixture until 3/4th of the cup is filled .Take a spoon, pour the remaining foam on the coffee.
Your home made cappuccino is ready to serve.
To make the perfect cappuccino, sprinkle a little cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top of the foamed milk or make a design with chocolate syrup.
NOTE:- Just make sure your cappuccino should have about 1/3 coffee sugar mixture,1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 foamed milk .
