Tawa Butter Garlic Naan (Garlic Flavored Indian Flat Bread Cooked On Gas Stove)

Naan is a leavened  oven baked  flat bread, popular  in India,Pakistan and west Asia. It is definitely the most popular bread  served in Indian restaurants. Traditionally, naan is cooked in a tandoor or clay oven.It goes well with any spicy North Indian curry like palak paneer, Paneer Butter Masala, Kadai Chicken  and many more.We sometimes  make this  yuumy curry at home but we enjoy these  curry with normal roti or chapati for not knowing the exact procedure of making naan at home. Few days  back,I cooked  Paneer  Peshewari , and thought of having it with some soft butter garlic naan..so  first time I tried  to make naan at home..I cooked it  in tawa and it came out  so well. I am not telling  that the taste was exactly  similar  to the  restaurant  style naan..but it was quite good.It is a hassle  free procedure of making naan at home. .as here no baking method is required.
