Dhonepata r Bora or Coriander Leaves Fritters

Dhonepata is the Bengali name of coriander  leaves or cilantro .Dhone pata or Coriander leaves are very common in most of the dishes  for its nice aroma. Today I  am going to share 'Dhone patar bora' or Coriander  or Cilantro fritters.

Bora (Bengali version of  fritter)  is a deep fried dumplings which can be made with your choice of vegetables or with non veg stuff and made with a spiced chickpea flour(besan)  or rice flour batter. You can serve it as evening  snacks with  tea or coffee or can serve as a side dish of main course  like dal chawal or rice.
