Cadbury Gems Cookies was in my to do list for a very long time. I love Gems from my childhood and now my daughter also.We both love cookies also. So it is the perfect treat to satisfy our both cravings for gems and cookies together. I used gems, you can replace it with M&M or any other candies too. Me and my daughter both loved these cookies. Kids will be attracted seeing colourful gems are sitting right on top of cookies.
