SHEER KHORMA OR SHEER KHURMA (A MUGHLAI SPECIAL RICH VERMICELI PUDDING)

Sheer Khorma or Sheer Khurma  is a vermicelli pudding. It is a  very popular dessert throughout South Asia and Central Asia. It is a traditional Muslim festive breakfast,  prepared by Muslim people on Eid. The main ingredients used in Sheer Khurma are vermicelli, whole milk, sugar and  dates. In Persian language,Sheer means milk and  Khurma means dates. This dish is made from dried dates though here I used both dried and ripe dates.
