SAUCEY PRWANS
INGREDIENTS
- Prawns-250gms
- Garlic cloves-10 (chopped)
- Ginger Garlic paste-2tsp
- Green chillies -2 chopped
- White Vinegar-1tsp
- Soya sauce-1tbsp
- Tomato sauce-4tbsp
- Sezhewan sauce-2tbsp
- Water-1/2cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper-1tsp
- Sugar-1/2tsp
- Oil-2tbsp
- Spring onions -2tbsp (chopped)
METHOD
- Mix Prwans with a pinch of salt, black pepper and vinegar. .keep aside for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan....add prawns. ..fry them until light brown. .donot overcook otherwise Prwans will get hard...keep aside
- Add garlic cloves..fry them until light brown
- Add chopped green chillies
- Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and sezhewan sauce...mix well...add remaining vinegar and sugar...mix and cook for 2 minutes
- Add salt and black pepper. .mix and stir....add 1/2 cup water...bring it to boil. ..simmer the gas when water will start boiling
- Cook for 2 minutes...add fried prawns. ..mix. and cover...cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions
Serve with chinese fried rice or noodles.
