As it is the mango season so you can try a lot of dishes with the mangoes. Panna-cotta is one of them. Panna cotta is an Italian dessert. In Italy,it means'cooked cream'.The main ingredients of this dessert are cream, and gelatine In-case you do not want to use gelatin, you could also try the same with agar agar or china grass ,you would get the same results (See Note ssection) .This desert is very light and airy.

If you want to give the nutella panna cotta a slanting effect, place the glasses into small bowls with a slight slant(as shown in picture). Make sure they balance well. Once they are balanced with a slight slant, pour the nutella mixture into the glasses.

Ingredients of Mango Panna Cotta
Heavy Cream-3/4 cup (I used Amul)
Sugar-2 tablespoon
Gelatine-1.5 teaspoon
Cold water -1.5 tablespoon
Mango puree-1cup
Method of Mango Panna Cotta
For mango puree I used 3 medium sized alphanso mangoes. They were so sweet. You can use alphanso or any other sweet mango. Also adjust your sugar quantity depending on how sweet your mangoes are and how sweet you want your desert to taste.
In a small bowl, add cold water and gelatin. Let the gelatin sit and bloom for a few minutes.
In a sauce pan, add cream and sugar and heat over medium heat just until warm. Do not boil. Remove from heat and let the cream mixture cool for a few minutes and then add in the mango puree and bloomed gelatin.
Stir to combine.
Remove the nutella panna cotta filled glasses from fridge, make sure that your Nutella panna cotta is well set.Now place the glasses into the bowls with a slight slant keeping the empty portions down. Make sure they balance well. Once they are balanced with a slight slant, pour the mango mixture into the glasses just opposite to the Nutella panna cotta.Keep the middle portion empty for yoghurt panna cotta.
Cover and set in fridge for at least two hours or until set.

Notes:-
1) You can use 3 tsp of chopped agar agar strands or 1 teaspoon agar agar powder .
2) You have to soak agar agar into 1/2cup warm water.
3) Make sure both the agar agar solution and the cream mixture should be hot when you mix them. In case one of them cools ,Panna Cotta would not set well.
4) Agar agar strands or powder are available easily in Indian metro cities.
5) If you want to demold the Panna Cotta, then grease bowls or ramekins with little tip.
6)If you wish, you can make just one or two flavoured panna cotta, just adjust the measurements of ingredients according to your servings.
