Cabdury Gems Cookies (Eggless,Butterless )

Cadbury  Gems Cookies was  in my to do list for a very long time. I love Gems from my childhood and now my daughter also.We both  love cookies also. So it is the perfect treat to satisfy our both cravings for gems and cookies together. I used  gems, you can replace it with M&M or any other candies too. Me and my daughter both loved these  cookies. Kids will be attracted seeing colourful gems  are sitting right on top of cookies.

Baking Time - 25 Minutes  (depending on the oven)
Servings - 20-25 cookies  (small)

Add flour or maida, baking powder, salt   and crushed gems candies to the liquid mixture. Mix and make a  soft dough. If you feel the dough is bit loose, you can add 1 tbsp of flour to this and mix again. If dry, then add a few tbsp  of milk and mix again.

Take a  small portion of this dough and make small balls and flatten them a bit with your palms. Arrange the cookies in already greased baking  tray or lined with perchment paper.Decorate the cookies with  remaining gems candies on top.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. After that bake these cookies for 20-25 minutes or till the cookies are becoming  light brown  from edges

This cookies will be bit soft when hot. You cool them completely and then transfer it to a airtight box.

Tips
1)These cookies slightly expand when they are baked. So keep them apart while baking.

2)Baking Times varies from oven to oven so keep an eye while the  cookies are getting  baked

3)Keep the tray in the centre rack, make sure both top and bottom  heating rods are on.
