Bata Fish in Mustard Gravy(Sorse Bata Mach)


 Bata fish in Mustard Gravy(Sorse Bata Mach)

Serve for 2

Ingredients :


  • Bats Fish -4 pieces
  • Mustard seeds -2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies -4
  • Mustard oil-1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  • Kalonji seeds -1/2tsp
Method:-
  • Clean the fish pieces and mix with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes
  • Make Mustard Paste adding with 2 green chillies and little bit water
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Add fish pieces accordinly to the size of kadai
  • Fry them and keep it aside
  • Add kalonji and 2 green chillies in the remaining oil
  • Add mustard paste mixed with salt,turmeric powder, red chilly powder and little bit water
  • Cook it for 2 minutes
  • Add 1/4 cup water..bring it to boil. .simmer the gas. add fried fish pieces. .cover with lid. .cook for 5 minutes...switch off the gas. 
Your Muatard Bata fish curry is ready to serve..The taste is good with hot steamed rice
