Paneer Butter Masala....Kadai Paneer. ..Sahi Paneer..if you are getting bored with this name...then this time when you will be planning to cook...Paneer...can try this new dish....it is really tastes good.
For 4 persons
INGREDIENTS:-
- Paneer-250 gm(cut into cubes)
- Rice flour-1/2cup
- Chopped Garlic-1tbsp
- Chopped onion-1
- Green chilli-2
- Oil -1/2cup
- Black Vinegar-2tsp
- Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR COORG MASALA:-
- Cloves-3-4 pieces
- Coriander leaves-1/2cup
- Cumin seeds-2tbsp
- Chopped onions-1
- Ginger-1tbsp
- Garlic-1tbsp
- Green chilli-2
- Black pepper-3 to 4
METHOD:-
- Roast cloves, cumin seeds and black pepper. ..let it be cool...and grind them to make a fine powder
- Add all the ingredients to this powder. ..grind and make a small paste adding little bit water
- Marinate Paneer cubes with this masala paste and rice flour. ..keep aside for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan...fry Paneer until light brown. ..keep them aside
- Add Chopped onions. ..chopped garlic. ..black vinegar...remaining marinated mssala...fry them until light brown. ..
- Add fried paneer. ..and salt
- Cook for 2 minutes
Serve hot witj Roti or Rice whatever you want...
