Tutti Frutti Cake


Today I tried my hands on Tutti Frutti cake first time in my newly bought OTG....my daughter loved it...because of the attractive colours of tutti Frutti..it was so soft also....

Preparation Time-10 minutes
Cooking Time -40

All Purpose flour-2cups
Tutti Frutti-1/2cup               

Softened Butter-1/2 cup
Baking powder -2tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Vanilla essence-2tsp

Preheat the oven to 180 degree c for 10 minutes

Take a big mixing bowl. ..add butter...whisk it properly
Add beaten egg, vanilla essence, milkmaid and milk into butter...and mix them properly until you will get a smooth consistency

Seive flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl...mix them properly

Add tutti Frutti in the flour mixture..fold them properly with flour as all tutti frutti gets coated properly with flour

Make a well in center of the flour mixture ..add liquid mixture in it...and mix them properly...stir it until a creamy batter is formed without lumps

Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour...tap to remove excess

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes  until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Remove from oven..let it be cool and then slice.



  1. hello...i would like to try out this recipe...what will be the quantity of milkmaid ..200 ml or 400 ml ??

    1. I am really sorry that I didn't mention the quantity of the milkmaid. .it should be 200 ml..if you want more sweet in your cake..then can add some granulated sugar according to your taste. If you have still some doubt..feel free to ask me dear.
